  • If not bringing a pet, notify the reservation team to remove the pet fee (saving $300). The first pet stays free with any summer reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival: full refund less a $300 cancellation fee.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund less $300 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Linens (sheets and towels) provided, wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the end of beds.
  • Guests should bring: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
